  • Lead cross disciplinary feature teams to build player combat kits for ship and seasonal content.
  • Organize and lead internal and external focused playtests.
  • Utilize internal analytic tools and feedback sessions to make balance changes.
  • Use Unreal Gameplay Ability System, Java Script based scripting, and state-machines to create combat kits for various player profiles from paper design to final implementation.
